How do I return product(s) purchased from Kaxak.Store and get a refund?
Currently, Kaxak.Store doesn’t offer RETURNS & REFUNDS on delivered orders. We only offer exchanges for products in your order.
For any other issues with the order(s), please raise a TICKET from your Kaxak.Store Account, and we will try our best to provide a solution within 48 hours.
What is Kaxak.Store’s Exchange Policy? How does it work?
Kaxak.Store’s 7-day Size Exchange policy allows you to exchange items purchased from our website/app for size only within 7 days of receipt of the item. We request that you do not use the product and maintain its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on the product, but please ensure its condition is preserved.
Exchange Fee: For all size exchanges, a nominal exchange fee of INR 150 will be charged, which will be included in the replacement order invoice. This fee helps cover the cost of processing and handling the exchange. The exchange fee is charged only once, even if the original order is split and products are delivered separately.
Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Second Size Exchange:
We do not offer a second size exchange policy. However, if you still wish to initiate another exchange, an exchange fee of INR 300 will be applicable.
What should I do if I receive a damaged/defective/incomplete/wrong order from Kaxak.Store?
We strive to deliver products of the highest quality. However, in case you receive a damaged/defective product(s), please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by raising a TICKET from your Kaxak.Store Account. After careful inspection of your issue, we will replace the product(s) with the correct one in 7 Day Working Periods.
When will my pickup for size exchange take place?
Reverse pickup will be done in 2-3 working days by our courier partner. However, the reverse pickup depends on the service availability in your PINCODE. In case your pincode is non-serviceable for reverse pickup, you’ll have to courier the product(s) to us, and we will reimburse the courier charges up to INR 250 as applicable.
Failed Pick-Up:
We make three attempts to pick up the order. If the order is not picked up on the third attempt, the pickup request will be marked as failed. We will reinitiate the pickup once you contact us by raising a TICKET from your Kaxak.Store Account.
Amendments:
Kaxak.Store reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any request for exchange will be accepted after proper inspection of the exchange request and is under the sole discretion of Kaxak.Store to accept or deny an exchange request.
